reception. This cosy small hotel was built in 1880’s, and is in the
Stanwix part of the city where the Romans had a command headquarters
for
1,000 cavalry and so we literally have our foundations on Hadrian’s
Wall. We are conveniently located for exploring the beautiful English
Lake District, Eden Valley, the Scottish Borders and Hadrian’s
