Conferences and Meetings
Bluestone can adapt to a clients requirements, from conferences and seminars, to staff activity away days and launches. Its main conference room can cater for up to 160 standing delegates and 140 seated and can be laid out in various formats depending on the occasion.
The facility is kitted out with audio visual facilities, wifi and wired internet access, controllable lighting, air conditioning and a range of meeting rooms for break out discussions and stand-alone meetings.
For those events that need a little bit more, Bluestone has more than 500 acres within its stunning and adventurous estate that allows for marquees and temporary structures. We even offer the option of exclusive use of the entire resort!
It also has a range of facilities and activities, such as Camp Smokey, Blue Lagoon Water Park, The Well Spa, Carreg Las restaurant, pub, Steep Ravine and high ropes, to make any event very special.
Camp Smokey
Bluestone’s ancient woodland is home the novel Camp Smokey. Whether it’s a meeting with a difference or a staff get-together, Camp Smokey allows delegates to dine by a camp fire where our talented chefs can produce delicious servings of BBQ spare ribs, hog roast & suckling pig, marinated kebabs and much much more Or how about an end of day party in a truly unique setting in an even more stunning location?
Blue Lagoon
Stand alone or as part of your event at Bluestone, our Blue Lagoon water park is a great and unique venue for a corporate event. Capable of hosting functions for 600 delegates, the world literally is your oyster at Blue Lagoon. With the latest audio-visual technology and lighting, you can have exclusive use of the water park for everything from dinners to launches, meetings to staff incentive and building days.
