Originally built in 1889, St Paul’s Church has undergone a £2m conversion
during 2006/7 to create a state of the art training venue. The centre exudes a
modern and contemporary feel whilst retaining some original features of the
church. The bright, spacious and modern environment offers a leading edge
AV infrastructure complete with on site technical support.

All meeting rooms benefit from an abundance of natural daylight. Each room is
equipped with stylish ergonomically designed tables and chairs and all benefit
from use of a breakout area or lounge. Talking Point is proud to offer flexibility,
value and quality. Talking Point has a total of 7 rooms of varying sizes. A
Conference Co-ordinator is appointed to oversee each and every event, whether
it’s a conference, fashion show, product launch, seminar or meeting.

Ground Floor A stunning 3 story atrium and a dedicated conference
reception await your arrival. The reception area will be manned throughout your
visit offering a full range of business support services. The ground floor is also
home to Focus Education offices and Focus’ book shop.

1st Floor The hub of the centre is the expansive Viewpoint Café Bar with a
panorama of the atrium. The lounge offers your delegates a space to meet, eat
and drink during your event. The first floor is home to 3 meeting rooms including
the impressive boardroom with its stain glass windows. This room will add a
touch of glamour and prestige to any event.

2nd Floor The second floor of Talking Point is home to the biggest conference
room, The Forum plus 2 additional smaller rooms ideal for syndicate rooms. The
second floor is home to The Sky Lounge an impressive open area that overlooks
the atrium. This area has a bright and airy feel and radiates with light from the
west wall stain glass window. A glass walkway towering over the atrium extends
out from The Sky Lounge and towards the Tower room, the most unique meeting
room in Manchester!
