Colwick is a part residential, part business area situated approximately three miles east of Nottingham city centre, just off the main A612 Nottingham to Southwell road. Transport links are excellent, with good bus links from Nottingham, and the A1, A46 and A52 bringing traffic from the east, north and south.

Colwick Quays is a completely new business park development situated close to the already well established Colwick Business and Trading estate. Colwick Quays as the name suggests, overlooks the river Trent and is in a quiet, non industrial part of Colwick.

PDWs new building is totally self contained, and is 1,500 square feet in total across the ground and first floor, and we are the first company to occupy the property since it was built only six months ago. The river Trent is fully visible from our 1st floor windows to the rear of the building as the image on the right shows.
