32 St James’s Square is a striking Grade II* listed Regency building, the prestigious central London home of the CIPR Public Relations Centre and headquarters of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. With its marbled entrance hall and beautiful curved staircase, it boasts a number of superbly appointed event spaces, many with the latest communication and presentation facilities. The St. James’s & Charter Rooms This ground floor, two-room suite is situated off the main entrance hall. The rooms can be used individually or together and retain many original features. Soundproofed and with state of the art facilities, they are ideal for presentations. At night the stunning crystal chandeliers and opulent surroundings create a perfect setting for dinners and canapé receptions. The Sir Stephen Tallents Conference Room This is the perfect meeting, training and presentation room. Completely soundproofed, it can be used on its own or as a breakout room in combination with the other spaces. Situated on the first floor, the conference room has all the features you need for a professional meeting or presentation. CIPR Members' Rooms 3 Interconnecting rooms spanning the width of the building with balconies overlooking the gardens at the heart of St James’s Square. The rooms are furnished with many antique pieces, making a home-from-home for a reception, intimate lunch or dinner. The whole suite is reserved for members during the week but is available weekday evenings and weekends. The Board Room which forms part of the suite of rooms is available for small meetings (up to 10) during the week, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
