Agriturismo Cascina Papaveri ('The Poppy Farmhouse') offers
guests an exclusive and dedicated retreat in the beautiful Italian region of Piemonte.
The Agriturismo has been remodelled around an old Piemontese farmhouse set within it's
own organic vineyard and kitchen gardens in the most stunning 'eagles
nest' location overlooking hilltop villages and vineyard covered hills
and valleys in Southern Piemonte North West Italy.This exclusive property has just 5 guest bedrooms (sleeping 11), and features
extensive facilities for your relaxation and enjoyment. One of its biggest advantages is its size. Being a
relatively small venue, it is perfectly set up to offer complete
exlusivity to business guests. Small local hotels can accommodate additional
people if necessary.The Poppy Farmhouse is located between Asti and Alba  in Piemonte North
West Italy roughly in the centre of a
triangle formed by Turino, Genova and Milano airports.  All carry both UK scheduled and low cost airlines.
Opened in January 2006 as a special
interest resort venue. Included in the facilities is a state of the
art conference/ cinema suite located in the old cantina. This will very
comfortably seat 25 people. The whole property is ADSL WI FI
connected. The Cooking and Pilates courses can
be suspended for the duration of the corporate use, or included as the company
wishes. Under the guidance of master Italian chef Pietro Baldi, corporate guests will
enjoy the fabulous cuisine and wines of this world famous gastronomic region. The indoor year round
heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym are needed to burn off the
calories!Located within one of Italy's
premier wine growing regions, the agriturismo produces its own organic Barbera
DeAsti DOC wine and organic vegetables. The famous white truffles ( in addition
to the normal black truffles) are to be found locally, and a  truffle hunt can be arranged for corporate
guests.
