The LLMC is Lincolnshire’s Leadership and Management Centre, situated in the heart of Lincoln. Opened in January 2011 it has already become a central venue for organisations of all kinds to meet, train and network.

As a specialist business development resource, the LLMC's aim is to assist companies of all kinds to achieve their business goals through its range of facilities and services.

As well as Leadership and Management services, the LLMC also has a range of rooms within the centre available to hire on a half day or day basis. Each room comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art multi-media and AV facilities which are included in the hire cost, meaning there are no hidden extras.

Both our seminar rooms come with flexible furniture to accommodate different meeting or conference formats, our 14-seater boardroom features a fantastic video-conferencing suite, whilst our flagship Harvard lecture theatre offers a unique take on a traditional training space.
